Purchases made online can be returned. You can return your item for store credit or original form of payment within 14 days of delivery.
While we will give you a full refund for your product, unopened and unused, we are unable to refund shipping costs.
Please keep in mind that this may change or be delayed during holidays and holiday weekends or due to inclement weather.
If your item arrives damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include a photo of the item and a description of the damage. All damages need to be reported within 1 week of delivery receipt. Please keep our environment in mind, and respect that we only send out replacements if a product is damaged to the point that it is unusable.
All sale products are non-refundable.
